DESIGN/ BUILD – A design/ build procurement method provides single-source responsibility to a client with all the benefits of proven design, engineering, and construction experience to provide the most cost-effective structure to meet the design, cost control, and quality requirements of any project. Our philosophy on design/ build projects is to become a project development team member and to think and act as an owner.

PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES – The pre-construction phase of a project is as critical as the construction itself. During preconstruction, we plan the work to be implemented during construction. Pre-construction services provide clients an early analysis of the project time and cost. Zeller’s approach to pre-construction services is to provide the Owner and the design team an experienced source of knowledge concerning construction costs, means, and methods in order to educate them to make best value decisions for the project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES – Zeller offers professional construction management services that are tailored to the size and complexity of any given project – and backed by a corporate commitment to total quality management. On complex assignments involving numerous subcontractors, Zeller construction management services typically begin during design, and include: schedule and budget evaluations, value engineering, construct-ability reviews, structuring bid packages for lowest cost construction, monitoring and coordinating daily construction activities.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – Our team of experienced Project Managers and Field Personnel ensure that our clients receive the highest commitment to quality in construction and customer service throughout the construction of the projects. Quality results from good planning, communication, good craftsmanship, and teamwork. A collaborative environment with the right team players promote success in every project. During construction of a project, our team will provide our clients with Computerized Scheduling, Quality Control/ Assurance, Cost Control, Shop Drawing Review Coordination, Subcontractor Coordination, Documentation Coordination, and most importantly Project Safety.
