THE ZELLER CONSTRUCTION TEAM is comprised of experienced management and field supervisors. Zeller, although a small company has experienced personnel available to handle any size job. The following personnel are the KEY MEMBERS of our team


James E. Zeller, CEO & Founder

Responsibility:
Jim Zeller serves as the company Chief Executive Officer, and is the sole owner of Zeller Construction, Inc. Jim is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, and is also in charge of all public relations for the company.

Experience:
Mr. Zeller began Zeller Construction, Inc. in 1990 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Zeller Construction, Jim was employed by The Korte Company and served as a Carpenter, a Carpenter Foreman, a Superintendent, and a General Superintendent. Jim is focused on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Chris Schaber
President, Project Manager, Production

Education/ Employment:
Chris has an Associates Degree from John A. Logan College in Construction Management Technology.

Experience:
Chris has over 9 years experience in the construction industry. He began his construction career in 2001 working for Mervert Professional Associates, an Architectural firm from Steeleville IL. He was brought to Zeller Construction in 2004 as a Project Manager, and now oversees all office operations as President. He specializes in plan review, contract administration, project scheduling, budget management, and construction problem resolution.

Vernon, McDaniel’s Furniture, La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, Patterson Office Complex, HRMC Physical Therapy, HRMC C.T. Scan Renovation, Mincon Rock Drills, Marion Country Inns and Suites, Black Diamond Warehouse, Lake Egypt Fire Station. All above projects range from $400,000 to $12,000,000.

Experience:
Jamie has been involved in many aspects of Office Management. She has been involved in the commercial development with Zeller Construction, Inc. and residential development with Zeller Properties, through the last 16 years. Jamie has been able to experience the every day development of new construction projects by being on site during the development along with the field personnel of Zeller Construction. Her duties for Zeller Construction consist of weekly payroll, certified payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assisting in all construction administration activities. Jamie has overseen many residential developments and multi apartments developments. During these residential developments she was involved from ground breaking through the actual sale of the project. She was the office manager for Zeller Properties which duties included payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, property management for apartment complexes and assisted in listing and selling all spec homes and villas. Jamie has also served as the Financial Manager of both Country Inns & Suites as well as Fair Grounds Inn for the last year.
