Marion IL

Zeller Construction was selected as the Design – Build contractor for this project. A 3-story, 41,000 s.f. hotel with indoor pool. The facility was completed and open for service on December 20 2008 just 8,5 month construction schedule.

Lake of Egypt Fire Station

This project is a 14,000 s.f. fire station, 7,200 s.f. of administrative and living area and 6,8– s.f. of garage area. This tilt-up concrete building is designed as an ESSENTIAL FACILITY to be able to provide services after a disaster.

Marion Cultural & Civic Center
Design – Build Project

This state of the art $8 Million municipal entertainment facility is the  focal point of town square.

When construction was completed in April of 2004, Zeller Construction value engineered over $2 Million in project savings.

Aisin Manufacturing of Illinois
Phase I and II:

Zeller/ Doster, a joint venture was the construction manager for this $32 Million manufacturing facility. Phase I was completed in just under 11 month in 2002. Phase II was completed in 6 month in 2004

Golden Eagle Distribution Center

Zeller Construction was the general contractor on this $1.35 million Budweiser distribution center. The project was completed in just over 6 months.

Best Western Hotel
Zeller Construction Design – Build Project

The project was a 2-story, 32,000 s.f. hotel with indoor pool. Construction documents were completed in just 8 weeks and construction was completed in under 7 months.

Black Diamond Warehouse

The Design – Build Team battled the winter while constructing the 22,000 s.f. Concrete Tilt Structure that Black Diamond Harley-Davidson needed due to their increase in sales. The owners of Black Diamond needed an additional warehouse area to assemble bikes and house trade-in vehicles.

Marion Carnegie Library

Zeller Construction was chosen to be the general contractor on this $3.8 Million addition and historical restoration project. Great care was taken in the restoration of details of this project. Zeller delivered this historical project in 11 months.

Marion Ford Addition

As the design – build contractor for this $2 Million automobile dealership, Zeller Construction worked closely with the owner to accomplish the standard building appearance desired by Ford Motor Company. Zeller designed, permitted, and constructed this facility over a 9 month period.

Peoples National Bank

To accommodate one of the regions fastest growing businesses, Zeller Construction was the design/ build contractor for this $1.6 Million branch facility. The team completed this Tilt Up Concrete construction project in just over 7 month.

SIU Student Health Services

The total project value was $12 Million for this cutting-edge new facility. The new Health Services Facility is the largest student health facility in the nation with over 64,000 s.f.

Venegoni Distribution Center

Zeller Construction was the design – build contractor for this $2.2 Million Budweiser distribution center. Zeller provided over $75k in value engineering savings and delivered the project to the owners in 7 months.
